Summer Deadlines

Deadlines for the Summer 2010 issue:

Dear Reader: Available now
New Artwork Due: 15 October 2010
Personalised Letters due: 15 October 2010
New artwork is to be Approved: By no later than 29 October 2010
Changes to existing Artwork: Are to be requested and completed for final approval by 29 October.

Please note there is a $55 Graphic Design fee for any changes to the original artwork already approved from previous issues. You can now request changes through the website. Click on to the Marketing Material tab to view and change your current over print pdf.

Database ready for print: 5pm 5 November 2010.

Please note: You are responsible for maintaining your client list and uploading your client list each quarter prior to the deadline. Please allow yourself plenty of time to do this. We recommend that you update your client base on a daily or at least a weekly basis. We hope you and your clients enjoy your magazine.

Delivery Dates for Finance Matters magazine to your clients:

Your Finance Matters magazines are lodged with Australia Post by no later than the 8th of the month of distribution: March / June / September / December. Therefore they will arrive in the mail over the following 4 -5 days.

Delivery Dates for the Flats (Dear Readers) to your Office:

Couriered to your office by no later than 15th of the month of distribution: March / June / September / December. If they have not arrived by this date, please contact the office immediately on 02 9526 9999 or email: salessupport@yourclientmatters.com.au

Check that your Flats delivery address is correct:

Please go to the "Personal Details" Tab and select "Flats Address". The address registered by the cut off date will be the address we deliver to.
